A focused sweet spot session designed to build sustainable power. Start with a progressive warm-up, then tackle 4 intervals alternating between high threshold and sweet spot efforts. Each interval combines 5 minutes at 95% FTP with 5 minutes at 90% FTP to develop your ability to sustain high power outputs.
